Shipping and Delivery


ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Packages cannot be left at the door. We cannot ship to P.O. or APO/FPO boxes and you can choose to ship to a Business Address or to a Residential Address. If you are not available upon to the delivery, our couriers will leave a delivery attempt and will made a total of three free attempts to deliver your shipment. 

All shipments are packed in Expandable Polystyrene specially designed to prevent label scuff, fully cushion and completely surround the bottles providing an outstanding insulating effect greatly reducing any chance of baked wines.


You'll receive via email updates on the shipping status automatically, but you can find the tracking number also on your "ACCOUNT" page clicking on the ORDER #. Anyway, if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding the tracking of an order, please email us.


If we send you the wrong wine, we'll arrange to have the wine returned to us. If this happens, please email us.

What if my products arrive broken or a wine is spoiled? Shop risk free! We provide a 100% HAPPINESS GUARANTEE. Should your product be faulty in any way, we would ask that you contact us to arrange a refund or have a new order shipped to you.


All our shipments are entrusted to the best courier: FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD etc. All our wines will be transported with appropriate packaging and covered by insurance policy (included in the purchase price, no extra fee needed) that fully protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during transportation. Shipping cost and time will be automatically calculated during the checkout process depending on the quantities and delivery area.

How long will shipping take? Transit time is calculated at checkout and it may vary depending on location. Transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
